Mikayla competed at the UTRGV Festiba Vocal Competition Semi-finals at Edingburg, Texas and won 3rd place in the middles school division. Parent Meeting Feb 24th
Congratulations to Ashley Melchor 8th grader and Mikayla Villarreal 6th grader for being selected as vocal semi-finalist for UTRGV Festiba mariachi competition at Edinburgh Texas.
Both students competed against many students from across the state of Texas.
They will be accompanied by Mariachi Los Tigrillos de Oro on February 27th. Our Mariachi and our semi-finalists will be learning music by FESTIBA 2026 Special Guests — Mariachi Los Camperos!
